The Destination Luapula 4 Day Tour
Destination Luapula is a four day tour of Luapula by local and foreign investors to demonstrate its tourism potential and other economic potential areas such as mining, farming, hydro power projects and many more.
From banks to mining companies, private and public sectors, the tour also brings together existing business strongholds operating in Zambia that have branches countrywide except in Luapula, to see for themselves the potential in this rich and untapped province. This initiative comes at a time when government is putting a lot of infrastructural efforts in Luapula Province in order to create a conducive environment for would be investors to do business. A major road network revamp, upgrade of Mansa Airport, hydro power generation prospects and soon the opening of the Chembe Bridge connecting the Copperbelt and Luapula are but some of the major developments coming to the province.
Luapula rich cultural diversity (Umutomboko and Kwanga traditional ceremonies), white sandy beaches, 8 waterfalls and other tourism aspects truly make Luapula an investor paradise.
